TAPIOCA PEARL

According to the production way and cooking way, there are 3 kinds of tapioca pearl ie. :
1. dry tapioca pearl : it takes long time for cooking.
2. wet tapioca pearl : it takes shorter time for cooking than dry tapioca pearl
3. frozen tapioca pearl : it takes only 5 minutes for cooking, but it should be sent with expensive freeze container.
According to the appearance, there are :
1. black tapioca pearl
2. colorful tapioca pearl
3. flavored tapioca pearl

Application way of tapioca pearl :
1. cook cold water with pearl comparison : 8 : 1 until boiling
2. then pour the pearl into water
3. cook the pearl with middle fire for 25 minutes and stir it while cooking.
4. then turn off the fire and put the cover for braising around 15 minutes.
5. bring out the pearl and rinse with ice water.
6. put the pearl into sugar syrup with comparison of :
sugar : water = 1 : 1
7. ready to serve.
